Shipping policy

BATCHA furniture is made only after a batch sells, then shipped by sea freight and delivered to your door. You receive four tracking updates from manufacture to delivery: manufactured, departed factory, in transit, and out for delivery.

Delivery timeframe: orders are delivered approximately [8-12 weeks] after a batch closes. We ship Australia to most areas of NSW, VIC, ACT and QLD (FNQ excluded). Shipping calculated at checkout. 

Every order is covered by the BATCHA Guarantees Returns are covered by our refund policy.
