How is BATCHA different from another store?

We are not another store. A store guesses what you want a year in advance, ships it through importers and distributors, and prices in the showroom lease and the weekend ad campaigns. BATCHA members tell us what to source, we go straight to the makers, and none of those layers ever touch the price.

Why do I pay before the product ships?

Your payment is the demand signal. We only make what members have claimed, so nothing unsold is ever priced into what you pay. Every order is covered by the BATCHA guarantee: a full automatic refund if the batch does not fill.

Better. Pre-orders ship whenever they want. BATCHA has a hard 28-day window fill or refund. Pre-order's are often used for items that are in development for funding products that have not been developed yet. That's the BATCHA difference; we use tested, developed products that are manufactured by the same factories that supply large name retailers.

Is this really the price?

Yes we know our prices can be hard to believe. But with no retail markups this is what products should actually cost. It's time Australians were given the opportunity to buy products at fair prices.

Where does the price come from?

The price reflects what the product costs to make and deliver. No showroom, no warehouse of unsold stock, no distributor, no agency ad spend: up to 68% of the usual retail markup never reaches a BATCHA price.

When can I expect my order?

After the BATCHA fills, 10 weeks give or take. You will receive updates along its 4 stage journey to your door.

What if I want to cancel?

Once you commit to a batch, the order is final: your piece is being made for you. You are still fully protected. If the batch does not fill, you are refunded in full automatically, and once delivered you have the 28-day return window.
