How is BATCHA different from another store?
We are not another store. A store guesses what you want a year in advance, ships it through importers and distributors, and prices in the showroom lease and the weekend ad campaigns. BATCHA members tell us what to source, we go straight to the factories, pool orders and ship direct. No sales theatrics like engineered sales (think EOFY, Boxing Day, Click Frenzy...), just real savings.
Unlike factory-direct and warehouse style stores, we operate in a manner that's structurally more efficient allowing members to access products at honest prices. We are the next evolution in online shopping. Members get to join the movement early and start saving immediately.
Why do I pay before the product ships?
Your payment is the demand signal. We only make what members have claimed, so nothing unsold is ever priced into what you pay. Every order is covered by the BATCHA Guarantee.
Is this a pre-order?
Better. Pre-orders ship whenever they want.
A BATCH is a scheduled factory order with a set order date. Your order claims one of a limited number of units in that batch. Delivery is approximately 10 weeks after the BATCH closes.
That's the BATCHA difference; we use tested, developed products that are manufactured by the same factories that supply large name retailers.
Is this really the price?
Yes we know our prices can be hard to believe. But with no retail markups this is what products should actually cost. It's time Australians were given the opportunity to buy products at fair prices.
Where does the price come from?
The price reflects what the product costs to make and deliver. No showroom, no warehouse full of unsold stock, no distributor, no agency ad spend: up to 68% of the usual retail markup never reaches a BATCHA price.
When can I expect my order?
After the BATCH closes, 8-12 weeks give or take. You will receive updates along its 4 stage journey to your door.
What if I want to cancel?
Once you commit to a batch, the order is final: your piece is being made for you. You are still fully protected. Every piece is made to order for its BATCH, so orders are final once placed. Once your order is delivered you have the 28-day return window.
